To help keep our environment clean, Filcon specializes in the treatment of hot flue gas. Hot flue gas can be generated from biomass, gasification and/or incineration plants, and can contain high concentrations of chemical particles that are harmful to people and the environment.
Filcon flue gas treatment solutions are always tailored to meet customer needs and designed to deal with the actual flue gas composition of pollutants at each individual facility. The air cleaning solution will either be based on a bag filter or it will be a complete clean air system consisting of a bag filter, HEPA, and wet scrubbing solution.
When performing simple processes such as shredding tires, handling chemicals, wood chips, paper, etc. and / or when loading flour, seeds, grain, corn and other agricultural products., Fine dust particles are generated. These particles must be removed from the air we breathe to avoid damaging our health.
The Filcon standard filter program has been developed with a special focus on removing these harmful particles.
The standard filter design is based on various technical and process concepts such as the cyclone principle or as a filter used for intake dump pits or as spot filters.
